Disclaimer: This whole blog itself aren't for those who may cringe when reading anything with grammatical errors. Sadly I suffer from Dysgraphia Dyslexia and there's nothing I can do about it. When I read things, they seem correct to me but really aren't. So best you stop here.

I bought it for my Bangladesh trip and whilst I was there because I stayed at my Village, I had so much time on my hand I was trying different ways to play with it.
I've realised with me, the products I don't like to start off with I end up loving in the end. Not all but most.
So whilst trying to bake the oily parts or wear a matte primer I just felt it didn't work. Then I solved my personal skin mystery. So I moisture the rest of my face as normal and when it comes to the oily parts I dab it on slightly, like not saying I don't moisturize my T-Zone but I just kinda dabbed my Camomile Oil (Yes this I have combination skin, but this is the best moisture for me!) as opposed to wearing the normal amount on the oily parts like the rest of the face. I then dabbed the product on slowly. Always remember you need to start of little then build, if you do too much, yes it can be corrected however it's gonna be easier if you start of with less amount.
I find the stick gives a nice flawless finish and too much product will be cakey and not that 'seamless' look they claim.

Now is it seamless at first? No, actually in fact it took me few days to get use to the product and I was just regretting it but slowly as I realised it was my fault and I made correction on pre-application, during application and post.
Now, a lot of people are not liking this product which is fine we all have different opinions but I have been using this all the time since November. I probably picked up my CT once and NARS once but that's it, other than that Hourglass.
Line filling primer/pore filler primer is really important as this the foundation looks patchy. With any sort of cream or stick foundation it is so important you have a true blank canvas. I should just use this occasions but as it's medium to full (This is where you can build it t your coverage style) I wear it when I can and then build on the days of occasions. But I do need to test a new foundation out so this maybe in the hide soon :(

Now when applying with the first dab go over with a brush to get little product all over the face. Then 2nd application go over with a REALLY damp blender. The reason I emphasised REALLY, is that I feel that even a dab of the product is a lot so yea get that blender DAMP'D! I personally just use the brush and then if I see anything unblended go in with the beauty blender.
I use Zoeva 104 Buff Brush

Likes:
- Lasts 8-10 hrs on my face
- Pretty Coffee colour packaging
- Little product goes a long way
- Will last you the full 12 months before it expires
- Dewy/Satin finish
- Seamless Finish (With right application)
- Medium to full (Depending on the amount of product) Coverage. I prefer medium as I like my skin to peep through
- Packaging is travelable. This is something I have always looked at, as I tend to go over my KG allowance due to makeup!
- Formula incredibly creamy so the application is easy (Once you get the hang of it)
Dislikes:
- Not instantly seamless. You have to work your skincare around the foundation which can be annoying
- Due to dewy seamless finish, oily skin girls can't really pick it up (you can blot if you like Dewy like me)
Now I know a lot of girls don't like to spend £42 on products. They prefer affordable things, which is okay. But sometimes you need an investment. This maybe my business side talking but I rather have a product I will use forever (As far as the dates says I can use it) then a product I'll only use few times.
That's why I know I sound like a snob (Ya'll know I am one when it comes to Makeup), but when it comes to products/fashion etc there are certain things I rather spend ££ on than spend £ on and regret it. Now again I'd like to disclaim as I know some readers may think I maybe looking down but due to me using High-end brands (I don't all the time but 90% of the time I do) doesn't mean those who wear drugstore I look down at. We all have our own preference and this is mine.

It's like JANDS Lashes, if you can wear the lashes up to 25 times (Or more!) and it's £13-18 then why not? If you divide the amount by the amount if usage then that's how much it's costing you. Than buying a cheap one from Aliexpress, Ebay etc and only wearing it once...
Here is me wearing the Hourglass Cosmetics Vanish Seamless Foundation Stick various times. I like to mention unless stated I do not edit my photo's. I rather not post than edit anything like makeup photo's on myself. Product shot is one thing but face shots. I want you to see my blemishes I want you to see the real deal.
