Disclaimer: This whole blog itself aren't for those who may cringe when reading anything with grammatical errors. Sadly I suffer from Dysgraphia Dyslexia and there's nothing I can do about it. When I read things, they seem correct to me but really aren't. So best you stop here. ALSO IT'S LENGTHY!

So if you read my blog post on Haute Arabia last year 2014. I don't want to keep going on about but let me sum it up: Paid for press tickets £45, go seated on the floor with other press people who got in for free. But Alhumdulilah they have realsised their mistake and have apologised so I will not "Shun" them down for it. When I did make the complaint to the Founder of Haute Arabia: Romanna (Such a lovely lady!) said for the next event she will be sending us complimentary tickets.
I was expecting normal tickets but Alhamdulillah got Gold Tickets.

Me and Rumena went last year so it will only be fair if we went again this year also it's at The Shangri-la Hotel in The Shard, free trip to it how can I not say yes (However I am more of a village girl not town, so the lights of the city doesn't really bother me). I was very keen on attending this year because of the networking however I was pretty sad when no big entrepreneurs were there. Aamir Naveed was one of the most inspirational person there for me; His age has attracted me the most, being young and having your own Hair School is an achievement!

I went to the 4pm show, usually at fashion shows they give you like a brief of who will showcase and at what time but we didn't get any of that so it was pretty sad as I didn't know the designers name, only announcement were made.
Gold tickets weren't suppose to get Goodie Bags but we did :), the bag itself was lush.
The one thing i didn't like of the fashion show was the layout, usually the ramp comes passed people this one was like a model walking from one part of a stage to the other... If it makes sense, I did stand up few times to see the collections.

The show was good, had very talented designers, this time I saw items on the ramp that I can see people wearing at events or even weddings!
The Pop-Up show was ok, there wasn't a great variety (But that's not Haute Arabia's fault as it could be no one could showcase it) We did network a lot to be honest especially with international business which is exciting as International is my next aim in Business.

I think I enjoyed it more the fact I was with a few of my other business acquaintances: Nadia, Rukia, Samira and met few yesterday too :-)

So we decided to go and eat and don't you hate it when there is no good food places when you go to an event, as these events it's not a norm to provide food to be honest just nice canape's which was lovely here!
We caught an Uber and just went Maedah Grill in Whitechapel (Yup we got stares, as we all were dressed up like were going to an event which we did LOL)

Even though I had a good experience this time, my fellow friends didn't. Some paid £100 + for their ticket and they didn't even get a goody bag. Some got seated at the back when they bought VIP tickets...
I think Haute Arabia needs to tackle the issue of the staff, even though Romanna was lovely I do think it needs to be addressed because this isn't the first time someone's had a bad experience.
I've organised events before and my most important part is the fact people come and enjoy and get treated respectfully. I wouldn't sell more tickets for money if I don't have the seat.

My outfit was given by Makika Boutique! Abs love! I've bought few others from her before too, her service on point 😘

Here are some images of the event
The professional ones are taken by Rooful Ali from Aliway Photography (Details on each picture)

Rest is from iPhone 5. Didn't take my camera, I knew I was sitting at the front so no point trying to squeeze in.
